Of course Matt's jealous. He'd been married to Mohinder until the man had died on him. They'd raised Molly from age eight to eighteen together before she went off to England to study as her papa had. And then, for the past few years, he'd been making a home with Sylar as well, though their relationship was not at all conventional. Or even all that outwardly loving and affectionate save when Sylar needed it to be.

Still, he understands his place. He knows that Mohinder and Sylar are together. He doesn't even begrudge them this.
